imMtrax

We participate in imMTrax; the Montana State Immunization Registry. The immunization information system (IIS) is a confidential, computerized, population-based system that collects and consolidates vaccination data from vaccine providers. It is a centralized, secure location for storing immunization records that are easily accessed by your health care provider to help ensure you are up-to-date on State recommended vaccinations.
