Kenneth Miller and Daniel Miller have requested a variance from the Roman Creek/Touchette Lane Special-Management Area regulation in the Missoula City-County Health Code, Regulation 1, Sec.20(C)(2), that limits all parcels without existing plat approvals to one single family system if all other requirements of the regulation are met.

The Millers are proposing three new single-family homes on the north end of the 25-acre parcel located at 16195 Touchette Lane Frenchtown, MT. The wastewater from the three new single-family homes is proposed to be served by a multi-user septic system with advanced wastewater treatment and UV disinfection and a multi-user well.

The Missoula City-County Health Board has scheduled a public hearing on this variance request for Thursday, May 16th, 2024. The meeting starts at 12:15 pm, and is held in a hybrid fashion, so you can come to the Conference Room #210 in the Health Department or join the meeting through Microsoft Teams.
