If you are ordered to fines and fees through the Clerk of District Court office, you may make your payment in person, by mail, by phone, by fax or by email. Our office is located at 200 West Broadway on the 2^nd floor of the courthouse.  We accept cash, money order,  and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover). We do not accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, or American Express.  

NOTE: If paying by credit or debit card 1.995% plus a $1.25 processing fee will be added to your transaction.

To expedite your payment, please remember to write your case number on your money order. If you would like a receipt, you will need to provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you may do so in person, by calling (406) 258-4780,  by faxing (406) 258-4899 or by emailing clerkofcourt@missoulacounty.us.  You will need to provide the following information:

• Cardholder Name
• Card Number
• Expiration Date
• Billing Zip Code
