The Missoula County Sheriff's Office Cold Case Squad is working on a case with the Ravalli County Sheriff's Office.  Unidentified human remains were recovered off of the Nez Perce Road (West Fork Area) on May 11, 2007.  The remains had camping gear and is believed to be and an adult male, White/Caucasian, age range is 35-60 years of age, approximately 5'8", and estimated year of death is 2006-2007.  Some items located were the following:     

•  Clothing and Accessories:
•  Turquoise Glacier's Edge sleeping bag
•  Mamboeck-brand blue-black medium size zip up jacket
•  Windbreaker-type pants with black elastic band
