A spreadsheet contains document descriptions, an index number, township-range-section, and date. Paper copies of the documents can be obtained, with cost being dependent on size. Ron Milam spent over 600 hours volunteering his time organizing, indexing, filing, and entering the data in the spreadsheet. Without his effort we would be looking at many boxes of unorganized documents for years to come.
