Missoula County Employee Benefits Plan (MCEBP) offers a comprehensive experience to members and providers with an online portal. Click "BENEFIT PORTAL LOGIN" above to login. Members:

The portal experience includes claims history allowing you access to copies of your Explanation of Benefits and enables you to view your Flexible Spending Account.

If you are employed by an outside agency, please note, MCEBP does not administer your Flexible Spending Account(s). An option to view your Flex account will display but no record will populate. Please contact your Human Resources office to see if a Flexible Spending Account is offered and who administers the benefit.  

At MCEBP, we prioritize the security and privacy of everyone’s protected health information (PHI) and must be complaint with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). To ensure PHI is protected anyone over the age of 18 will be required to create their own account.  

To explore the online portal, you can create an account or login above. If you are a new user a temporary password will be sent to you in the mail within 10 -14 business days.

 

Providers:

The online portal experience allows your organization to conveniently check claim status, deductible and out-of-pocket accumulators, and eligibility. The portal can help your office obtain real-time data needed for operations. The use of the portal can reduce communication errors and allow for a simplified process.
